Description

STEM Dungeons and Dragons places your child at the forefront of their own learning experience with guidance and support from experienced instructors. Through probability and decision-making, students work cooperatively to solve STEM-based challenges - in a game environment that incorporates real-world scientific principles - to expand their collective settlement and thrive in the unknown.  

Humanity relies on cooperation to continue, but when nature and even many of your own species turn against you, where do you turn? Take charge of your story as you fight back using science, imagination, and a desire for action against odds stacked against you, and alter the course of humanity's hubris to restore balance and order to a world of your making!

In addition to acquiring new knowledge, students will practice and strengthen the following competencies:

  • Critical thinking

AGES: 12+ years

SCHEDULE: M-W-F | 1-4pm   ***FYI: For a full-week experience, pair with the Cooperative Minecraft (10+) (T,Th) program!
