Private Small-Group Tutoring
Our Private Small-Group Tutoring offers a personalized STEM-focused learning experience delivered in small groups of 1-2 students per tutor. Over the course of six sessions, students undertake an individualized program of applied learning focused on a selected theme.
STRUCTURE // Over the course of six sessions, students will:
Get familiar with the course structure, LEGO building techniques, and basic programming concepts (where applicable)
Build five themed models to develop STEM-related skills
Complete a final project, created independently with tutor guidance
Each participant receives a workbook
OUTCOMES // Targeted outcomes will be unique to each student and may include acquisition of knowledge in specific STEM domains, and cognitive, social-emotional, and physical development, for example:
Mechanics / Robotics / Scratch
Fine motor skills / Verbal communication / Cooperation
Critical thinking / Attention and focus / Creativity
DELIVERABLES // Upon completion, students will leave the program with:
